Really enjoyed the friendly vibe and super helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfy with nice amenities like a microwave and free toiletries. The location was perfect for the casino. Breakfast bagel bar was decent. Loved the Hilton Zero toiletries and the spa area with sun umbrellas and loungers.

I chose Spark By Hilton for its convenient location near Mystic Seaport, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent and helpful customer service agents. , Custys Restaurant offered the best New England dining experience.

i had a great stay at Spark By Hilton. the staff were really welcoming and helpful. they gave me a map of the area and pointed out the main places to visit. the self-service breakfast had a good variety of food and i especially enjoyed using the waffle maker. the room was really comfy and the location was perfect, just a block away from Mystic Aquarium and close to the seaport and Ocean Beach park. i also appreciated that the hotel is pet friendly and the pool had convenient hours.

Great location off I95, close to town, with easy highway access. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Good selection of TV channels and ample parking.
Felt like treated like royalty, no reason to complain.
